We utilize 'Kaizen', the philosophy of improvement through incremental and  continous change. Every day, we are uploading improvements to our Databases, and they are getting better, day by day.

Update Options / Growing Databases

It is in our interests, as well as yours, that you are using accurate and up-to-date data. We encourage you to include future updates with your initial download, and we do this by offering Updates for a fraction of your initial cost.

For most Databases, you have the option to buy your specific, and precise target audience selection one time only, or with 1, 2 or 3 future Updates.

You can also choose to buy your particular selection for Unlimited usage and Unlimited downloads, within a 12 month time period.

When you proceed through the purchase process, you will be presented with the following Update options;

• Initial Download only (Option 1) includes a 30 day time period, within which time you can download the data again, should you misplace it, lose it etc.
• Future Updates (Options 2,3 and 4) have no time limit and may be used at any time. There is no time limit.
• Option 5 allows you to download your selected target audience as often as you like within the specified time period.

At any time you can check your status - the number of Updates you have remaining, or the expiration date of your Unlimited access, by logging in to Check Transaction History.

Growing Databases ; Most of our Databases are growing in quantity and level of detail. Any future Updates you have purchased, will include all additions and changes, that have occured within the same parameters, within the same target audience. In many cases this will result in a much greater quantity of names supplied, in comparison to the original, initial download. In effect, these names are supplied to you free of charge, as they were never calculated and paid for in the initial download.

When you download an Update, you receive all the the data again, including all updates and additions that have occured within your selected target audience.

 We offer the following 3 Guarantees

We stand behind our data and will 'buy back' anything that is not perfect. This allows us to update that piece of data immediately.

1. The 100% Guarantee. We will refund twice the price paid, in cash (or credit) for any  and all incorrect data returned to us within 21 days, from the date of purchase. Letters can be returned to our offices, or a csv or excel spreadsheet can be emailed (with incorrect data and explanation highlighted)  to  info@nichedata.com.au

2. The Mailing Deliverability Guarantee is our realistic projection of the percentage of mail that Australia Post will be able to deliver successfully,and  that will not be returned to the sender. Any mail that is returned is deemed 'undeliverable'. Although this measurement does not reflect all 'inaccuracies', as only some mail is put back into the system as 'Return to Sender', it is a measurement that is commonly used by the Direct Marketing Industry because it is, Quantifiable (countable); and it is from a Third Party, and therefore, it is a useful guide of accuracy. We will refund 50 cents in cash (or credit) for any 'undeliverables', in excess of that indicated by the guarantee, that are returned to our offices within 21 days from the date of purchase.

3. The Telemarketing Deliverability Guarantee is our realistic projection of the percentage of innaccuracies that you will encounter when you phone our Databases. We will refund 75 cents in cash (or credit) for any 'inaccuracies', in excess of that indicated by the guarantee, for any csv or excel spreadsheet that is emailed (with incorrect data and explanation highlighted)  to  info@nichedata.com.au within 21 days from the date of purchase.
