1. Under no circumstances may any data ever be 'resold', to any third party.

2. The data is for the sole use of the Organisation as listed on the registration form, and as indicated on the Tax Invoice.

3. No data may be given or loaned to any other third party.

4. The term 'Rental' means the data may be used by the Renter, once only.

5. The term 'Purchase' means the data may be used by the Purchaser, an unlimited number of times.

6. Any evidence of unauthorised use of our data, will result in immediate legal action.
